Manage the Practice Management system and determine where to make improvements Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on trends and professional business knowledge Thorough knowledge of practice management system capabilities to support innovative thinking Maintain relationship with vendor and planned improvements and strategies Improve training and operational procedures within the business to increase efficiency and productivity Work directly with internal clients to understand the individual needs of the business Determine solutions that coordinate with system and related firm-wide strategies Maintain permissions based on user needs Support integrations with CRM Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users on implemented systems Provide systems support for any changes made to existing business environment Lead, organize and conduct internal user group meetings Develop and administer training programs; ensure all appropriate users are fully trained Maintains operations processes definition and best practices Works with users and IT during development and implementation cycle Serve as a liaison between business users and IT to gather information as needed to develop and test systems Troubleshoot problems with business users, vendors and technical team Resolve practice management related helpdesk tickets Interpret business rules and technical requirements Plan and implement supportive business solutions Ability to prioritize work and manage time including effective coordination of time and efforts of others over whom incumbent does not have supervisory authority Ability to complete assignments in the appropriate amount of time meet timelines and supervisor's and firm's expectations Ability to analyze system records and translate data Demonstrates high levels of ethical behavior in accordance with professional standards Demonstrates critical thinking and sound judgment in making decisions Demonstrates pattern of positive interactions with other associates Demonstrates professional image maturity self-confidence and positive attitudes Your Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:
Possesses a Bachelors degree and 1 - 2 years of experience OR 3 - 7 years of equivalent experience Thorough understanding of business processes in a wide range of organizational functions (e.
g.
consulting operations marketing accounting) typically acquired through extensive work experience in multiple functions Thorough understanding of the general capabilities of information technology systems as they are applied to solving basic business process problems Thorough understanding of database systems and their capabilities and applications for business use Expertise in the use of practice administration software and database system including an understanding of its technological capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel sufficient to prepare correspondence and reports including technical data Proven ability to conceptualize design and deliver presentations Able to communicate detailed results in the context of the situation Able to clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience Writes clearly concisely and correctly when presenting findings in correspondence and technical memoranda Ensures other associates and supervisors are informed of progress We Put People First in all that we do.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
