Field Service Technician Lead

Job DescriptionGeneral Function:
The Team Lead is responsible for leading the department employees to ensure it meets and/or exceeds requirements in terms of volume, quality, and service level compliance.
The Team Lead will also foster and maintain an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, teamwork, and provide the team with a vision of the project objectives.
Essential Duties
Responsibilities:

Provide leadership.
Allocate tasks to staff.
Assist supervisor with the training needs, including providing input to training programs.
Report areas of needed improvement within the department.
Assist Technicians in resolving technology problems, as needed.
Provide input to improve and enhance the department.
Perform specific departmental tasks/duties as assigned Assist other employees and departments when work is current Work independently with job tasks and be self motivated Able to work various hours and weekends Report to work daily according to assigned schedule Adhere to all security rules and regulations Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure proper usage of safety equipment Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to:

This position may require frequent lifting of IT devices ranging in weight from 1lb to 75lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
