The Director of First Impressions serves as the first point of contact for our agency.
Primary duties are to greet guests and answer and route phone calls.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication and client service skills.
Professional appearance and a proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
Other duties as assigned may include:
Providing clerical support to various departments Update documents, data entry, and prepare correspondence Accepting client payments
Experience:
