B&B Threads B&B Threads Saginaw, MI Saginaw, MI Part-time Part-time $12 - $14 an hour $12 - $14 an hour Customer service representative duties Recommend potential products to customers Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Go the extra mile to engage customers Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Place orders and make paperwork for them Sell products and services Work with Sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Maintain Store Front Customer service representative requirements:
Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Cash handling experience Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Customer service representative skills & proficiencies:
