Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and ensure efficient operations - Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff and facilitate onboarding and trainings - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and make recommendations for improvement -Position requires expertise in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and excellent written communication and oral communication with Director and other staff
Experience:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Excellent clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and healthcare professionals - Proficient phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries and provide information professionally - Experience in event planning is a plus - Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct support to the Director of Clinical Services and Operations.
This candidate will assist in growing a private practice and two other business and possibly adding a third and further expansions.
This person must be receptive to direction, delegation and oversight when necessary.
This position is flexible with regard to time and whether it is on-site or remote.
