This analyst will provide primary technical support for the Allscripts Enterprise physician Practice EHR.
### QUALIFICATIONS
2
years technical Information Technology experience and end user support
2
years as an Analyst supporting Clinical Applications, Allscripts, preferred
2
years developing, testing and maintaining Applications to include but not limited to: clinical documentation, eprescribing, ADT, Orders, Charges and Results.
1
years implementing small to medium sized projects
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
Able to fulfill On Call and Local Travel requirements
Preferred:

years experience with Allscripts physician office EHRs
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field

### RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for the Allscripts Enterprise EHR including application support, build functions, and adhoc report writing
Ability to quickly learn and understand application design and configuration in order to effectively develop the required build
Analyze the technical and work flow needs for clinical areas in order to recommend, develop, test, implement and maintain solutions
Work effectively as a team member or independently as required; sharing knowledge effectively within the team
Provide extensive End User support including training as needed
Independently implement vendor application enhancements and upgrades
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Validate_ &_ perform batch uploads and downloads between systems as required.
Generate reports based on specific clinical or business requirements
Manage small to medium sized projects using Ascension approved Project Management Tools and Templates.
Produce and maintain clear, concise documentation and training material
Work collaboratively with fellow associates, management, physicians, clinicians, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and develop business and clinical solutions
Form productive relationships with customers by listening, clarifying and responding effectively
Responds to user problems, explains new technologies, and presents deliverables
Work collaboratively with others on the various systems and interfaces used by St. Mary's and other Ascension Ministries
Possess effective task management and prioritization skills
Perform activities related to audit requirements as well as Joint Commission and HIPAA requirements
Participate in On Call and local travel as required including remote access on weekends.
Perform other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
