The Clinical Pharmacy Manager assists in developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring patient oriented clinical pharmacy services. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment protocols according to evidence based medicine. Other duties will include oversight of research protocols and cost containment though formulary management. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will serve as a mentor to the staff and aid them in answering questions from other health care providers that they cannot answer independently.

Major Responsibilities/Activities
? Facilitate identification, evaluation, resolution, implementation, and communication of cost-effective medication use processes/programs in collaboration with medical staff.
? Facilitates quality assurance processes that may include treatment guidelines, protocols, formulary changes, and critical pathways as approved by appropriate committees.
? Contributes to the provision of Pharmaceutical Care for patients in a designated practice area by providing services in accordance with American College of Clinical Pharmacy''s Position Statement: "Practice Guidelines for Pharmacotherapy Specialists."
? Provide information to Director regarding competency evaluations of clinical pharmacist activities and department services.
? The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will review the policy and procedure manual with a focus on the clinical aspects of the pharmacy and formulary management.
? Perform all other duties as assigned or requested by authorized persons.
Qualifications
Education/Licensure/Certification
? Doctor of Pharmacy degree from ACPE accredited School/College of Pharmacy required.
? Licensure as a registered Pharmacist in the State of Michigan required.

Work Experience
Three years clinical pharmacy experience required with an emphasis in Critical Care, Cardiology, and Trauma preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
