Overview: Seeking a seasoned professional to meet/exceed revenue planning goals set forth by management, while controlling sales costs. Increase sales by cultivating relationships with current and future customers. Exceed customer expectations. Must have the ability to visualize and conceptualize customers needs and then articulate design concepts to engineering team. Must have 5- 10 years experience in the sales of complex automated machinery with a broad ranging customer base. Experienced professional who can identify and communicate (cultivating quality, long lasting relationships) with decision makers at targeted companies
Accountabilities: Increase sales growth of our custom automated machine build division. Exceeding customer expectations is a must. Will be present in all phases of the project, cradle to grave, and beyond.
Authority: Plan travel to visit present/potential customers facilities. Use of sales resources.
Environment: Variable, from office to industrial manufacturing environments. Travel is required for this position
Physical Demands: Light lifting (no more than 25 lbs without mechanical assistance).
Duties: Attend to current in-house customers. Develop new business relationships with our targeted markets. Plan and organize work schedule. Keep management informed by reporting activity/results to be reviewed monthly to ensure sales targets are being met. Resolve issues with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: Education: High school diploma. Associates degree in Marketing and Sales a plus. 5-10 years experience calling on large manufacturers selling automated solutions.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills. Customer service oriented. Strong ability to negotiate and close on contracts.
Experience: 5 - 10 years relevant experience in large automotive/industrial markets including automation, metal removal and assembly systems.
Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, motivated, high energy, self-confident, creative, goal oriented. Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
Preferences: Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Sales.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
