Quote Specialist
Functional Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receives and processes quote requests; varies pricing and availability and returns a formal quote to the customer
Manages internal quote requests
Fields customer questions/complaints
Runs reports per customer and/or salesperson request
Assists with projects as assigned
Helps to eliminate slow and non-moving items in the main warehouses
Filing as required
Mentoring and training as needed
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED; intermediate computer knowledge, including use of purchasing ERP systems, MS Office, etc.; ability to multitask; ability to maintain positive working relationships; must pass drug test and yield satisfactory results from background check
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and type for extended periods of time
Required to view computer screen for long periods of time
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Also must be able to complete all required testing
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
